I’m Ranee, owner and potter in residence of RCo POTS. While I am still somewhat new to ceramics, my passion for the craft continues to grow with each collection.

I have always been drawn to ceramics from a young age, being surrounded by beautiful objects made with clay. From ancient Korean bowls, to small sculptures around the home, I would often sit and think about the hands that formed them so many ages ago.

After spending my career in design, I finally had an opportunity to explore this craft that I had been drawn to all this time. I discovered a passion that deepens with each piece and drives my pursuit of learning and refining along the way.

I am grateful to be able to share my creations with others and add something handmade, natural and beautiful to people’s homes and other spaces. To hold something made by hand and think about that which connects us all on this earth is a gift that I hope inspires others to seek new passions whatever they may be and regardless of what season of life one is in.
